The Problem:
 This hotel had pinhole leaks in its copper pipe system. Known problems resulting from copper pipe corrosion had been repaired by conventional methods. A complete copper pipe repair and repipe would have involved long downtime, asbestos removal and complete renovation of all bathroom fixtures. The restoration of the piping system in this 171 room historic hotel was completed in two stages over a 90-day period. During this time the hotel remained in operation.
The Solution:
